Introducing SYX: A Benchmark for Stablecoin Yield

Equity markets have indices and fixed income has benchmark curves; stablecoin yield has had nothing comparable. SYX is a TVL-weighted reference rate for conservative USDC yield across eight weighted components on Ethereum, Base and Arbitrum, read directly from canonical smart contracts with no third-party aggregator in the path. It is published in four series — spot, 7-day, 30-day and 90-day — updates every 15 minutes, and is free to use with no API key, no rate limit and no authentication.
